Salar de Uyuni - the world's largest salt flat (10,572 sq km) was formed by prehistoric lakes that have long since evaporated and it was (again) flooded when we arrived 4 days ago. The vast stretch of uniform flatness allows for some cool perspective shots like this, wet or dry. Fun fact: the salar was featured in Star Wars: The Last Jedi as the planet Crait.
Good evening! 🌌🌜I was wondering if you could tell me your opinion about a few things that have been on my mind lately ...
Instagram has changed quite a lot over the past months. I'm quite sad that I'm constantly missing posts of my favorite people here and am getting quite flooded with ads or posts from the very few "big" bloggers or photographers that I follow. I don't know if any of you are experiencing the same thing? 🤔🤨
Also, I'm very sorry for rarely posting on here. 📊📚📑 Uni has kept me crazy busy and I didn't want to put pressure on me to post here just for the sake of it. I believe that when it comes to creativity this just doesn't do any good and I'd rather share photos which I think are good quality. 💯✨
Another thing I was thinking about is whether or not Instagram is the "right" platform for me anymore. People seem to go for quantity over quality and I see a lot of them imitating posts that do well. I feel like there's rarely "original" content being shared anymore (based on the majority of posts shared on here, not necessarily those I follow). 🤷🏼♀️💬 I'm here because I want to share my photos with you, maybe get some advice on how I could improve further and also learn and be inspired. Therefore I'm debating whether or not I should choose another platform... What do you think? Do you know any good ones ❓😃🤔
Lastly, thank you for reading this far, I really appreciate that! 🤗😃 I can't promise you that I will post regularly on here, but I will try my best to show you photos which I feel like are really worth sharing. Sometimes I might post more, sometimes less.. 😀 Anyways, please let me know what you think about all of this ⬇️🤗 Good night! 🌃✨ Have a wonderful Friday ahead!
