At some point in your life, there comes a time where you have to make a decision. You need to decide to go for it or to be complacent. You have to decide to take a risk or play it safe. You have to decide to take a leap of faith, despite the consequences the leap may cause. How do you make that decision? What causes you to go for it or what holds you back?
Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in #Christ Jesus. Not that I was ever in need, for I have learned how to be content with whatever I have. I know how to live on almost nothing or with everything. I have learned the secret of living in every situation, whether it is with a full stomach or empty, with plenty or little. For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me #strength. | Philippians 4: 6-7, 13-14
These words speak to all of us. Often, we spend time debating with ourselves what is the right decision. We worry about the future and the consequences of our actions. However, the #scriptures tell us to pray and not worry, and to understand that God will be with you every step of the way. 🙏🏽 #TBIE

I don‘t think I have ever seen more designer bags and clothes off the latest runway as during a lunch at L‘Avenue. 😅 at the same time, nobody is staring at anyone, just enjoying their own company and food 😍 no idiots taking selfies, or trying to show off, just me taking a video of the food 🤷🏻♀️😂 The waitresses were also surprisingly nice and even took care of all out shopping bags to make sure our stay is stress free 🤩

"Yesterday in the Lakes"⠀
This is a fantastic photo taken at the southern end of High Rigg; an often overlooked lump near St John's in the Vale. If you ever get the opportunity to walk in the Lakes this must be added to your list. The views towards Skiddaw are breathtaking! Thanks for tagging this photo Amanda, we were super excited when we saw it 😊🙌
Please check out this photographer's gallery and if you like what you see, go ahead and give them a well-deserved follow and show them the love!⠀
Don't forget to keep tagging your Lake District photos with #fromlakelandwithlove for a chance to feature.
For the last few days I’ve been completely off line because Michael and I ventured off into the Moroccan desert. We rented a car (despite a few warnings) and had the best 8 and half hour drive listening to audio books and gawking at the scenery.
After we got to Merzouga- the desert in Morocco, we weren’t sure what to expect. What we found was a magical oasis in the desert and the loveliest and most comfortable tent I’ve ever had- we even had heaters! It was of the most memorable experiences of my life. Some highlights include: sunset camel rides through the desert, waking up at 3 am to the most incredible displays of stars, the fluffiest bed made warm with hot water bottles, the kind staff from around Morocco who prepared delicious dishes from their home country, and sandboarding down the steep hills.
I can’t quite put into words how wonderful the experience was, but you know I’ll try. I actually teared up as we were leaving, I just didn’t want it to end. If you’re ever in Morocco you MUST go to @merzouga_luxury_desert_camps__
Check out Insta stories for everything!!! It was AMAZING. #heleneinmorocco heleneinmorocco #helenetravels
H O M A G E - This photo is dedicated to my good ol' faithful rucksack who has, after many miles and countless downpours, snow storms and herdy attacks, reached the end of her glorious life. All the zips are bust and there're only so many wardrobe malfunctions that a guy can take when out in the hills 🤣
No, the old girl has gone to rucksack heaven where she'll frolic in the long grass with all those other loyal and trusty bags of varying shapes and sizes. But not bumbags; they're in hell where they belong! Stepping into her very-hard-to-fill shoes is the cocky new kid on the block aka 'Gigantor'
For info, that's Helvellyn in the clouds and the pointy bit is Catstycam (pronounced catstee-cam) taken from somewhere near Sheffield Pike.

These past few weeks have been a blast. Couldn’t ask for a better partner than @Nature_Valley to make it all happen and push me to connect even deeper with my natural surroundings. Hudson and I were outside exploring every single day, sometimes without a phone or camera, and it was incredibly refreshing. I encourage you to step outside and breath deep as often as you can, you’ll be amazed at what nature can do for your soul.
