Info on the Fox Village hours, access, and fees:
The Fox Village is closed on Wednesday. Weekday "Castle Kun" bus runs only on Tuesday and Friday. The first bus is at 7.58am from Shiroishi Train Station arriving the Village at 8.55am. The returning bus from the village is around 2.15-2.30pm or you can ask the staff at the village to call a taxi for you (3,700-4,000 Yen). The second bus leaving Shiroishi Station is at 1.35pm arriving the Village around 2.30pm which means you'll only have 1-2 hours there and you can only take taxi to get back to the station.
There is also a weekend bus of which the schedule is shown in the picture.

Esto, precisamente esto, era lo que necesitaba. Coger una moto y lanzarnos a la aventura a descubrir una isla sin conocer mucho más que el nombre de una playa. Romblón me está dando unas vibraciones muy chulas. Precioso, una única carretera circular en muy buen estado, decenas de pueblecitos donde parece que eres el primer forastero en meses y te regalan miles de sonrisas, playas únicas, comida buena y uno de los mejores Internets que he tenido en Filipinas. The great thing about trekking off-season is that you could go for hours without bumping into anyone. I was the only one until Aleck caught up with me at the very top, followed by Mitch.
