Trying to be a dreamer 😇
“The longer you wait around for the future, the shorter it will be.” - @caitiescloud
I just adore this quote and photo from @caitiescloud! People always say "Life is short, do it now" But I'd never thought of it quite this way.
Whatever your IT is, start now so you'll have more time to enjoy it. #mycityadventures
Your future is created by what you do today, not tomorrow 👣
📍Boise, ID // Wishing I had a @thedistrictboise back where I live! I feel like I’d get so much work done! I’ve been thinking a lot about what the “next step” is for me in life. Sometimes I feel like I’m in a bit of a limbo. When I go to bed at night, I dream of traveling the world (outside of the US) + just hopping country to country meeting new people + experiencing new things. I want to achieve this dream + I think I’m just about ready to take a leap of faith + make it happen. World travelers, I wanna hear from you! How did you begin to support yourself? What job do you currently work? And any pieces of advice on getting started? Let me know below!

Bugün size fotoğraflarını paylaştığım Ebul Hasan El Harakini Camii ve türbesi hakkında bilgi vereceğim.
📍Ebul Hasan El Haɾakani Hazɾetleɾi... O Selçuklulaɾın Anadolu'ya giɾişini kolaylaştıɾmak iςin yola koyulanlaɾdan biɾi. Türkmenistan’dan Anadolu’ya M.S.11. yüzyılda Selçuklu akınları sırasında ( 1018-1021) geldiği biliniyor. 1033 yılında Кaɾs'ta bulunan Yahnileɾ dağında düşmana kaɾşı savaşıɾken şehit düşüyoɾ.
I lost myself last year. When I lost my mom I shut down & pretended everything was fine & continued on as the busy 🐝 I like to be. I planned where I wouldn’t have time alone, constantly had something to look forward to & made sure that I had a drink (or 4) to help ease my nerves whenever I was in a social setting. I wasnt taking care of my mind, my body, or my soul. I wasn’t alive anymore. I was just being. Getting by. Whatever tho right? Wrong. I was slipping away & not even noticing it. Fast forward & the end of 2017 was approaching & I realized I had to do something. Had to find me again. I took some time alone to really reflect on what it was that can truly make me feel alive & help me heal from the inside out. I found my answer: travel. Learning & exploring this 🌏 has opened up new outlets in my mind, I’ve nourished my body w fresh organic foods, & my soul is still floating a little away from me but just 1 week & 1 country into this trip & I’m so much closer. Travel, wellness, awareness.. That makes me alive.
You can't have a narrow mind and a thick passport. How many passports have you filled up? I'm getting close to filling up my second passport and thanks to global entry, getting my third passport will be a breeze 🙌 #passportlife
I am insanely grateful for all the travel experiences I've had before age 30. It wasn't until recently, I've realized how important it is to start sharing my perceptive of this world... Because the WORLD CHANGES when we CHANGE OUR PERSPECTIVE. .
I realize not everyone will have the chance to fill up passports. I certainly don't take it for granted. But hopefully through my ig posts and future blog post (still working on that 🤞), i can give you a better sneak peak of the world through my eyes. 🌍✌❤ i seriously can't wait to show you Somaliland!

You haven’t lived until you’ve had Trdelnik in the streets of Prague @foodintheair - also fun fact: my friend got pooped on by a bird here AND my sisters friend got pooped on by a bird here too, only 4 years earlier 🤷🏼♀️🐦
What would it take for you to slack line 60 feet up in the air? Stumbled upon a quite adventurous group of folks conquering this 600ft long slack line

Is it wrong if I can’t get over Bali?? 😂💕It’s only been 3 weeks since we left, but we are already talking about getting our butts back over there! ✌️
I have yet to find anywhere that gives you SO much for such a small budget!! I swear Bali has ruined me for life! I find myself thinking everything else is too expensive now. 😂I’m like a psycho frugal grandma in the making! 👵🏻
For real- I see a dinner being $15 and think “oh my, why is that so expensive!?” because dinner in Bali was 1/4 that price. Same with hotels. A legit nice hotel might easily be $200 and I’m shaking my head reminiscing about the good old Bali days when it was only $50 (like the hotel pictured above with this aaaamazing view!)
It’s put pricing back into perspective for me and shows me just how many ‘tourist’ places in the world are a TOTAL rip off!!
But really though, might repeat Bali again this fall!! Who wants to come with???? 🙌✈️🌴🐒
Each Dilly Purse is handwoven by women in Morocco out of fallen palm fronds and the leather handles are then sewn on by men in a workshop.
This business model allows women to work from home so they don’t have to leave their kids and family while supporting men in a craft that has been passed down through generations ❈
it’s scary being alone sometimes ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
it’s also necessary to take some time for yourself to really figure out who you are & what you want in life ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I miss the comforting quiet of Joshua Tree. The perfect place to get away & get back to what’s important 🌵💘 #danidoescali

“Vilnius, the G-Spot of Europe” 🤔
Since living in Lithuania, I’ve been receiving a ton of DMs asking about what Vilnius is like and if it’s worth visiting 🇱🇹
Well, there’s officially a new post up on the blog where I address the above statement that was made in a recently released Lithuanian tourism poster, and what Vilnius is like from a travellers’ perspective 💻
Check it out to see if the hype is real and the adventure is there 🙌🏼

Today's post is dedicated to my best friend, my human diary, my big Sister. Thank you for being an inspiration to me everyday, from standing up for me against bullies when we were in school, to making sure I get the bigger slice of cake, to your never ending concern from across the globe, to just being the best Sister I could ever ask for, thanks for being my A-Team @ameliavalerie ❤️🌸🌺👯
Today I’m challenging all of you to be better, to be kinder to one another and you will receive kindness in return!
So here’s my thought: comment and say something encouraging to the person that commented before and then tell me your biggest dream/goal!
