Strict diet and work them as any other muscle group will get you there. There's no magic formula, if someone's telling you that, they're full of shit.
Eat clean, train your abs heavy with few reps, and put in some sets with more reps as well. Few reps with weight, more reps with bodyweight 🔥
I really debated posting this pic (and hopefully don't get in trouble by the IG police). I am far away from having a trim belly, killer abs, and ripped chest. Many, and I mean MANY, are 'better' than I am. BUT, I am very proud of the work that I've done. And I'm staying motivated to achieve more and make more progress. 👍🏻👍🏻

Neutral Grip Pull Ups (4x3)
Weighted Neutral Grip Negatives (x5) .
Shoulders & Back Supersets:
Face Pulls/Single Arm Lat Pulls(cable)
Lat Pulldowns/Bent over Row(cable)
Seated Shoulder Press/Paused Front Raises
Rear Delt Raises/Paused Side Raises
We increased the weight each set & the last sets were sOoOOooo hard!😅Shoulders & Back are always my favourite to train though, so today was fun🙌
Sooo second run this week. It was tough because it was hella cold and the sun was shining, which made it better (happiness) but also worse (headache). I’m proud that I left the house again! And the pace was not too bad. I had to walk for a minute a few times but I don’t see that as a failure. I only started running two weeks ago?! I can’t expect to become a marathon runner in only two weeks right? :)

Happy Thursday! Crazy that it was 70 degrees yesterday’s and I was running around. I just looked outside and it’s snowing here😭. I don’t know about anyone else but I’m ready for warm sunny weather.
