Side note: Accordingly to a previous worker who worked close to the owner, he told me that the quality of food is not the same at all @mokkoji_shabu and the Irvine one is the best. Not sure if that has changed but the source was pretty reliable

Samesa is my kind of healthy-ish food. The middle eastern flavored meats so well marinated. The breads & pitas all made in-house. The pickled vegetables bite back. I hope @samesarestaurant starts to grow many more fast casual spots. ❤️❤️❤️ #foodcurated#friyay#nyceats
One of my childhood favorites is stuffed tomatoes traditionally filled with ground pork, woodear's mushroom, and bean thread noodle (Cà chua nhồi thịt). However, the vegan version with tofu is just as good! Vegan version recipe coming soon. ☺️
